Madison Folk Music Society: Concerts and Events

9/2/2008: We've just wrapped up another successful year of Folk on State.

This popular series has run since 2003! View some archives of past years by clicking icons at right.

With performers from as close as Madison to as far away as Australia, The Madison Folk Music Society and The Greater State Street Business Association bring music to State Street.

These events feature national and local music plus poetry and are FREE! (Donations are collected weekly and appreciated, and help to offset costs for the entire series.)

Most weeks feature 2 acts, starting at 1:00 pm and approximately 2:00 pm. In the event of rain, the show is moved to the Memorial Union.
